MSI 270 A-PRO 6 GPU, help needed !

Hello fellow reddit miners.
I need some help it's driving me mad, been struggling on this for 2 weeks straight.
I am not that new to mining, been using antminer to mine bitcoin and a few gpu to mine several other altcoin for quite some time now. I recently decided to put more in GPU mining and bought several MSI 270 A-PRO, with 6 GTX 1060 each, the appropriate number of USB 3 risers, and everything else needed for this to work.
I never seems to be able to get all 6 PCI slot to be recognised at the same time, it's driving me mad.
What I did : - flashing the bios for latest version - installing windows 10 and ubuntu, UEFI - checking and switching between several power supplies 450 to 650 and mixes of both - trying each cards and each risers in the first PCI x16 slot, and they are all being detected and working there - installing, clean installing and reinstalling nvidia drivers several times - trying to plug the cards one by one, and all at once - of course, turning the crypto mining more than 4 cards detection to enabled in the bios, and also trying several combination of auto/gen1, gen2 and gen3 as well as several (mainly 32 and 96) bus speed setting in the pci subsettings
What I get : - only the 1st (PCI *16) slot is realiably working with cards and risers, with the second one sometimes working but not reliably - the fourth slot, the pci *8 one, is working when I plug the card directly inside of it and not use riser - as long as most cards are in, only the first riser is detected, with the pci *8 port being active only without risers - I checked on the bios board explorer for card and risers detection everytime, as well as trying to launch the OS and pray for detection, no better luck than what is described above
Would any of you have had similar issues before? I really hope someone will be able to help me sort this out, this is definitely driving me crazy as I cannot find any kind of similar cases anywhere, and all MSI 270 A-PRO users seems to be running their node fine.
Many thanks in advance to any of you that may be able to contribute, and to those who will take at least the time to read !

My headache with ASUS PRIME Z270-P

So i was looking to upgrade my mining rig from 4x1060's to 6 or more 1060's. I browsed this reddit, read the wiki, talked to some people, and they said that the Prime Z270-P is the way to go. So i bought a openbox one on Newegg (paid with Bitcoin, of course).
I also ordered "The Unique Rig" which is a great, cheap case for mining rigs that i found on ebay. I was gone for a few days, and when i came back, both the case and the motherboard had arrived. I built the case, switched everything over to the new motherboard and turned it on. Since i use Nvidia cards, i usually use cyclenerds OS, but i heard good things about ethOS, so i bought it. ethOS worked straight out of the box, but i was only getting 19MH/s with the cards. I tried every overclock setting i could think of, and most of the time it actually brought my hashing speed down, not up, and never did it get above 20MH/s with my cards. With cyclenerds i easily get 21MH/s, and if i want to push my cards i can get 23, maybe 24.
I formatted my flash drive and installed cyclenerds OS. I started the computer and i get a PCIe Bus error. I tried installing Ubuntu Server edition and same result. Its due to the BIOS having SecureBoot on, and with that motherboard there is no way to turn it off (that i could find). It fixable, but i have to type a option to ubuntu's grub everytime the computer restarts. That was just not feasible for me. Since i was using a USB flash drive as a hard drive, i couldn't install Windows. So i went back to my B250 Pro4 - which i after realized i can get 6 GPU's hooked up (8 maybe if i use the M.2 ports). Everything is working fine on that motherboard, and im selling the Z270 (look on /hardwareswap if you are interested).
